Abstract :

Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) have evolved from simple automation to sophisticated data analytics platforms that enable strategic human capital development. This paper examines how HRIS data analytics in Nigeria are promoting sustainable talent management and innovation within global enterprises. Adopting an interdisciplinary perspective that integrates human resource management, information systems, and innovation theory, the study critically analyzes Nigerian organizations utilizing HRIS data analytics to tackle workforce challenges, forecast talent trends, and nurture innovation ecosystems. Drawing on empirical and theoretical insights, this paper emphasizes best practices, policy implications, and the potential of HRIS-driven analytics to shape future-ready organizations in a globalized context.
