Interested in publishing with the ANPA Journal?

We encourage prospective authors to first review the About the Journal page to understand the Journal’s scope, thematic focus, editorial standards, and publication policies.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should carefully consult the Submission Guidelines to ensure compliance with formatting, referencing, and structural requirements.

All authors must register on the Journal’s website prior to submission. Registered users may log in to begin the submission process.


🌐 Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the ANPA Journal online submission system.

To submit:

  1. Click the “Submit Manuscript” button on the website.

  2. Upload your manuscript file (prepared according to the Author Guidelines).

  3. Upload a separate cover page containing author details.

  4. Complete the required author declarations and metadata fields.

Submission deadlines and special calls for papers will be announced on the Journal’s website and official communication channels.


📘 Author Copies

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication will receive a digital copy of the journal issue in which their article appears.


⚖️ Conflict of Interest Declaration

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that may constitute a potential conflict of interest at the time of submission.

Where no conflict exists, the manuscript must include the statement:

“The authors declare no conflict of interest.”

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that:

  • All co-authors approve the final version of the manuscript

  • All authors consent to submission

  • The conflict-of-interest declaration is accurate and agreed upon


🌍 Language Policy

All manuscripts must be written in English, using British spelling conventions consistent with standard academic usage.

Authors may optionally include an additional abstract in another language alongside the English version.


📌 Editorial Consideration

Only manuscripts that align with the aims and scope of the ANPA Journal will be considered for publication.

All submissions undergo:

  • Initial editorial screening

  • Plagiarism detection

  • Double-blind peer review

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The work is original

  • They hold the necessary rights to all included content

  • The manuscript has not been previously published

  • The submission is made exclusively for first publication in ANPA Journal
