๐Ÿšซ Plagiarism Policy and Academic Integrity Check

At the ANPA Journal, we uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, ethical scholarship, and responsible research conduct. All submitted manuscripts undergo thorough editorial screening, plagiarism detection checks, and peer review to ensure originality and compliance with established scholarly standards.

โŒ What Constitutes Plagiarism?

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and includes, but is not limited to:

  • Direct copying of text, ideas, data, or findings without proper citation

  • Inadequate paraphrasing or unattributed reproduction of another authorโ€™s work

  • Self-plagiarism (reusing substantial portions of oneโ€™s previously published work without disclosure or citation)

  • Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of research data or sources

  • Misrepresentation of authorship or intellectual contribution

Any manuscript found to contain significant plagiarism or unethical research practices will be rejected.

๐Ÿค– Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

The ANPA Journal recognizes the evolving role of digital tools in academic research. However, the submission of manuscripts that are wholly or substantially generated by artificial intelligence (AI) tools without appropriate disclosure is prohibited.

AI tools must not be used to:

  • Generate core scholarly arguments

  • Produce research findings or analysis

  • Replace independent academic writing and critical reasoning

Where AI-assisted tools are used for limited editorial support (e.g., grammar checking), authors must ensure full intellectual ownership and responsibility for the content.

Undisclosed or inappropriate AI-generated content may result in immediate rejection.

๐Ÿ“œ Ethical Compliance

The ANPA Journal adheres to the principles and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Allegations of plagiarism or publication misconduct are investigated in accordance with internationally recognized ethical guidelines.

Where misconduct is confirmed, the Journal reserves the right to:

  • Reject the manuscript

  • Issue corrections or retractions

  • Notify relevant institutions where necessary

โœ… Author Responsibilities

To maintain academic integrity, authors are expected to:

  • Submit only original research that has not been published or submitted elsewhere

  • Properly cite all referenced works, ideas, data, and quotations

  • Avoid duplicate submission or redundant publication

  • Acknowledge all contributors and funding sources

  • Ensure transparency in research methodology and data reporting

๐Ÿ“Œ Submission Declaration

By submitting a manuscript to the ANPA Journal, authors affirm that:

  • The work is entirely original

  • All sources have been properly acknowledged

  • The manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere

  • They accept full responsibility for the integrity of the content

Failure to comply with this policy may result in rejection, retraction, or further action consistent with international academic publishing standards.
